Sr. Project Manager (Water/Wastewater)

Location: Jacksonville, FL, United States; office-based with travel to job sites and client meetings across the Southeast, including occasional overnight stays.

Salary: $135,000–$145,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.

What you will do

• Manage water/wastewater and large HDD projects from estimating and bidding through construction closeout.
• Oversee procurement, project controls, constructability reviews, material management, pre-construction, construction management, and financial tracking.
• Develop and monitor schedules, manage project scope, control costs, and report progress and risks.
• Coordinate field operations, office teams, municipalities, clients, and multiple construction crews.
• Direct activities across several disciplines and promote best practices, process improvements, and collaborative project delivery.
• Support progress meetings, final walkthroughs, document control, and project closeout.

Requirements

• 5+ years of estimator or senior project manager experience in water/wastewater underground utility construction.
• Well-rounded understanding of office and field operations in underground utility construction.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to employees, management, and clients.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and coordinate project requirements across field, office, and municipal stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Southeast job sites and client meetings, with occasional overnight stays.
