Engineering Project Manager (Water Treatment/Wastewater Treatment)

Location: United States — Sacramento, Walnut Creek, Folsom, Santa Clara, or Santa Cruz, California

Salary: $126,511–$205,375 annually, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across the full project lifecycle.
• Manage complex small- to medium-sized projects and contribute to large projects.
• Coordinate schematic design, design development, contract documents, deliverables, staffing, budgets, and schedules.
• Maintain client relationships and participate in marketing, contractual, design, production, and project review meetings.
• Provide direction to discipline leads, professional engineers, and engineers-in-training.
• Coordinate governing-agency reviews, implement QA/QC procedures, and ensure code compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 7 years of related experience, including a minimum of 2 years in project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated leadership, organization, project management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work from the listed California locations in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Program Management or Owner’s Advisory Services experience.
• PMP certification.
• Hands-on CAD experience.
• Microsoft Access experience.
