TL;DR
Solutions Architect (Cloud Communications): Designing and deploying contact center and unified communications solutions for Dialpad customers with an accent on call flows, business-system integrations, telephony, and cloud infrastructure. Focus on configuring enterprise communication environments, troubleshooting deployment issues, managing implementation risks, and guiding customers through adoption while working US hours.
Location: Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Must be able to work US hours.

What you will do
- Design and configure contact center call flows, integrations with business systems, and reporting data.
- Consult with clients to understand operational needs and tailor solutions for call handling, automation, and analytics.
- Provision and configure desk phones and recommend efficient setup practices.
- Lead deployments covering call-flow design, integrations, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues, identify and report bugs, and minimize disruption for end users.
- Analyze workflows, manage implementation risks and changes, and conduct video sessions to guide clients through implementation and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of modern cloud communications platforms, including Google G-Suite and Office 365.
- Experience with business VoIP telephony services in on-premise or SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of VoIP codecs and technologies, including G.711, G.729, G.722, OPUS, H.264, VP8, VP9, WebRTC, H.323, SIP, and network analyzers.
- Experience with network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless networks, and WAN technologies such as MPLS, VPLS, and SD-WAN.
- Experience with public and private clouds and enterprise service-delivery components such as web servers, application servers, databases, web services, mainframes, and network-attached storage.
- Proven experience implementing CCaaS and UCaaS solutions, with expertise in software engineering, programming, system integrations, and database management.
