Senior AI Solutions Architect

Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines; working hours aligned with New Zealand Hours.

Salary: PHP 200,000–300,000 per month.

hirify.global is developing CRM and BI SaaS products with metadata-driven architecture and AI-native capabilities.

What you will do

• Shape the CRM and BI product architecture and technical roadmap with leadership.
• Translate product requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Contribute hands-on to the initial development, including AI-assisted coding and critical review of generated code.
• Protect multi-tenant architecture through tenant isolation, role-based access control, data security, auditability, and maintainability.
• Define coding standards, architecture decision records, delivery patterns, and AI development workflows.
• Support sprint planning and help assess future AI developers and QA automation resources.

Requirements

• Senior full-stack software engineering background with strong relational database design and data modelling experience.
• Experience with CRM-style data models, metadata-driven SaaS architecture, complex relationships, schema migrations, indexing, and query performance.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant data access, tenant-scoped queries, data leakage prevention, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Experience with AI and LLM application architecture, including agentic workflows, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, embeddings, structured outputs, and AI guardrails.
• Ability to design AI features with permission checks, audit logs, approval flows, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Preferred technical experience includes React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, APIs, integrations, event-driven architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, cloud deployment, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
