TL;DR
Integration Architecture and Governance Analyst (Software Engineering/Architecture): Supporting software engineers in developing software products and solutions with an accent on technical guidance, project governance, and cross-functional delivery. Location: Taguig City, Philippines. The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration and encourages working from a DXC office when appropriate; arrangements may vary by role and business needs.

What you will do
- Support software engineers in developing software products and solutions through technical guidance, code reviews, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and support successful project delivery.
- Mentor team members through feedback, coaching, and career development planning.
- Contribute to software engineering strategy, technology assessments, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage project assignments, timelines, resources, budgets, and priorities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Typically 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar software engineering role.
- Proficiency in at least one software language and familiarity with development methodologies and best practices.
- Strong programming, debugging, organization, and time-management skills.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with willingness to grow in a leadership role.

- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Relevant certifications or training.
