Salary: $266,000–$282,000 per year.

What you will do
- Develop the long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap for field-based patient education capabilities across multiple brands and launch stages.
- Lead Patient Education Director and Manager teams through subordinate leaders and build a scalable operating model.
- Align Commercial, Market Access, Medical, Trade, Specialty Pharmacy, Reimbursement, brand teams, and external partners around patient support programs.
- Optimize patient onboarding and treatment journeys, including medication delivery, remote monitoring, adherence support, and access-to-therapy pathways.
- Use field insights, performance trends, advanced analytics, and AI to improve decision-making, field effectiveness, and patient experience.
- Oversee compliance standards, budgets, vendors, resources, performance metrics, succession planning, and organizational development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 15 years of industry experience, including specialty pharmacy, hub operations, patient services providers, and field-based patient support models.
- Experience building, scaling, and operationalizing enterprise or multi-brand patient services and patient education capabilities.
- Demonstrated success leading large specialty or rare-disease field teams through directors and managers.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical services regulation, industry guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder influence, negotiation, strategic judgment, and operational execution skills.
