Sonographer I - Ultrasound - Full Time - first and second shift - Alternating schedule

Location: Manchester, NH, United States; full-time onsite role with alternating first- and second-shift schedules.

Compensation: $15,000 sign-on bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Produce high-quality diagnostic ultrasound images for radiologist interpretation.
• Perform general abdominal, small-parts, OB/GYN, MSK, pediatric, neurological, breast, vascular, and liver elastography examinations.
• Support invasive procedures, including thoracentesis, paracentesis, thyroid FNA, and renal and liver biopsies, as well as operating-room cases.
• Follow IAC standards, ARDMS ethical requirements, and departmental examination protocols.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, licensed practitioners, and support staff.
• Apply independent professional judgment, ethical decision-making, and critical thinking.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a CAAHEP-accredited sonography program recognized by ARDMS.
• Compliance with the Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy before hire is required.
• ARDMS registration is preferred; registry-eligible candidates must obtain registration within 12 months of accepting employment.
• Vascular registration must be obtained within 18 months of employment.
• Ability to obtain BLS certification during employment.
• Previous diagnostic medical sonography experience and familiarity with neurosonology, vascular, abdominal, obstetrical, or gynecological scanning are preferred.
