Millwright Technician

Location: Freeport, Texas, United States; onsite manufacturing plant environment

hirify.global Corporation operates the Performance Products Division and is hiring for maintenance operations at its Freeport manufacturing site.

What you will do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and servicing for rotating equipment such as pumps, cyclones, gearboxes, and agitators.
• Install and commission new rotating equipment projects, including laying out, drilling, and leveling base plates.
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, pump curves, and OEM manuals.
• Review vibration analysis reports and use alignment, vibration, and precision tools to diagnose equipment issues.
• Plan repair work, including tasks, resources, duration, and materials, and use SAP to order parts and update work orders.
• Follow safety regulations, participate in Permit to Work and LOTO procedures, and respond to scheduled and call-out overtime requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of millwright experience and a completed millwright apprenticeship.
• NCCER+ Industrial Millwright certification and Journeyman Millwright qualification with 72 months and 9,360 hours of work experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, pump curves, and equipment documentation.
• Unrestricted right to work for hirify.global in the United States.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Crane and rigging certifications.
