Space Based Interceptor Intermediate Analyst - Management Support

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States; on-site work at government facilities on Redstone Arsenal with 20%+ travel, potentially including overseas locations

What you will do

• Provide programmatic, technical, analytical, and execution support for the Space Based Interceptor program.
• Coordinate, integrate, and support all phases of mission flight test events.
• Develop mission planning, readiness, execution, schedules, requirements, and flight-test documentation.
• Prepare executive briefings, white papers, fact sheets, status reports, progress reports, and information papers for senior-level reviews and milestone decisions.
• Facilitate planning meetings, MDA technical reviews, weekly test community meetings, and working groups.
• Coordinate stakeholders, resolve flight-test and schedule de-confliction issues, and provide on-site support to System Mission Managers at deployed locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or five additional years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain at least a Secret security clearance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present in meetings and to MDA leadership.
• Ability to solve routine test planning, integration, execution, and analysis problems while following established procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project.

• Knowledge of MDA test planning, processes, and execution.
• Knowledge of Missile Defense System components and system-level topics.
• Comprehensive knowledge of flight test operations.
• MDA flight-test experience.
