Analyst, Program Scheduler (Defense Tech)

What you will do

• Create and manage integrated master schedules for missile solutions programs.
• Work with engineering leads to represent program logic, sequencing, lead times, and activity durations.
• Perform monthly schedule status updates and coordinate cost and schedule integration with the business manager.
• Conduct schedule integrity checks and maintain schedules through the change control process.
• Build schedule metrics and status charts, including critical path analysis, schedule health assessments, execution indices, and schedule risk evaluations.
• Support program management with administrative and budgetary activities.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or have completed one within the last 12 months.
• Degree focus in business, program management, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, communication ability, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office software to develop compliant schedules, metrics, and analysis charts.
• The role is based in Huntsville, Alabama.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Project or Project Server.
• Experience with Milestones Professional.
• Experience giving presentations.
