Program Management Integrator (Aerospace)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States; required travel: 15%

What you will do

• Synchronize engineering, contracting, logistics, business, test, and other functional areas to support timely program execution.
• Develop and maintain program briefing charts, leadership updates, and decision materials.
• Ensure accurate and consistent program messaging across internal and external engagements.
• Track high-priority actions, milestones, risks, decisions, and leadership taskings through timely closure.
• Maintain program-wide situational awareness and coordinate with key stakeholders.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for safety-related incidents or anomalies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8 years of experience coordinating planning or operations in a product or program office.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functional areas and identify emerging issues, dependencies, and decisions requiring leadership attention.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PAE Fires structure and roles.
• Familiarity with current Army acquisition processes and structures.
• Experience supporting one or more Army missile system programs.
