APAC Process & Continuous Improvement (MedTech)

What you will do

• Lead initiatives to streamline and automate commercial capabilities processes across the APAC commercial organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify workflow pain points and develop strategic solutions.
• Analyze contracting data and trends to support operational strategy, business continuity, and informed decision-making.
• Develop process documentation, implement performance indicators, and track improvements.
• Review policies and procedures for compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide process training and analytical support for cross-functional projects, communicating business issues and opportunities to management.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in contracting or operations analysis, process improvement, or a related field, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with process automation tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of bids, tenders, and contracting strategies and methodologies.
• Experience coordinating projects and tracking performance metrics.
• Commitment to ethical practices and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
