What you will do

• Lead large, complex business strategy projects and define analytical approaches, project strategies, objectives, and deliverables.
• Synthesize data, conduct in-depth analysis, test hypotheses, and develop recommendations to improve business and financial performance.
• Manage large cross-functional teams and communications to ensure timely project delivery.
• Consult with business executives on strategy formulation, risk management, and growth opportunities.
• Develop strategy analysis methods and collaborate across businesses, functions, and regions to align organizational direction.
• Coordinate strategic planning follow-ups and support accountability across stakeholders.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or a related field.
• Experience with business intelligence, data analysis, data modeling, data visualization, data warehousing, and ETL.
• Knowledge of finance, business requirements, business processes, business strategies, and KPIs.
• Experience with Power BI, Python, R, SQL, or Tableau.
• Ability to lead large cross-division functions or projects and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
