What you will do

• Integrate real-world doctor habits, preferences, and workflows into the AI product roadmap.
• Define the clinical quality bar, intended outcomes, and safety standards for AI products.
• Review and improve prompts, model outputs, clinical templates, and medical terminology.
• Collaborate with ML/LLM teams and regulatory experts to align clinical intent with technical controls.
• Establish feedback loops with practicing clinicians to turn model errors into product improvements.

Requirements

• Medical degree and meaningful experience practicing medicine.
• Experience building and shipping digital health, clinical software, or AI products.
• Proven ability to translate clinical problems into concrete product decisions.
• Strong clinical judgment to set quality and safety standards for technical teams.
• Proficiency with generative AI, including prompting, evaluation, and error analysis.
• Must be based in Poland or Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with ambient documentation or clinical templates.
• Knowledge of medical-knowledge systems or clinical coding.
• Experience building and certifying regulated Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
