What you will do

• Collaborate directly with a manager and HR professionals on department initiatives.
• Support meaningful projects in Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, HR Business Partner, or Talent Management areas.
• Provide recommendations to improve department operations and business initiatives.
• Work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Participate in professional development sessions, internship events, team projects, volunteer activities, and internal events.
• Engage with senior and executive leaders to explore career paths and business areas.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate university program, with at least one academic term remaining after the summer program.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities or work experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and current full-time authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Coursework in Human Capital Management, Human Resources, Psychology, general business, or data-related fields for People Analytics.
• Interest in human resources, talent, people analytics, and banking.
• Sound judgment, logical and critical thinking, and the ability to maintain professional composure in a dynamic environment.
