Engineer - Process Engineering (Molding) (Injection Molding and Extrusion): Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for life-saving medical devices with an accent on process parameters, equipment qualification, change control, and validation. Focus on performing feasibility studies and DoE, executing FAT/SAT and IQ/OQ/PQ activities, and maintaining compliant process documentation.
Location: Onsite in Hanoi, Vietnam

What you will do
- Develop and implement Injection Molding and Extrusion projects covering new products, materials, designs, and modified processes.
- Define process parameters, conduct feasibility tests and DoE studies, and create or update process specifications.
- Prepare process engineering packages, including process flows, layouts, equipment lists, and technical parameters.
- Execute FAT and SAT activities for Injection Molding and Extrusion equipment, including deviation handling and acceptance reporting.
- Manage process change controls, feasibility studies, trials, risk assessments, and implementation activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert and support global-local collaboration on process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Injection Molding and/or Extrusion manufacturing environments.
- Good command of English, written and spoken, is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience preparing SOPs, Work Instructions, Risk Analysis, and process documentation.
- Ability to work onsite in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Nice to have
- Experience in medical devices or another regulated manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Process Validation, and DoE.
