TL;DR
Total Quality Manager (Manufacturing Quality): Developing and maintaining quality assurance programs, processes, and compliance controls for manufacturing operations with an accent on audits, ISO processes, and cross-functional quality standards. Focus on leading corrective actions, continuous improvement projects, quality performance analysis, and managing quality teams across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.
Location: Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; full-time onsite

What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with quality assurance programs, policies, processes, and procedures.
- Lead quality audits, process control analyses, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Manage quality engineers, quality control supervisors, inspectors, staff development, and performance goals.
- Establish quality standards for raw materials, work in process, and finished products in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and service functions.
- Lead ISO, continuous improvement, benchmarking, and quality assurance projects, including cross-functional programs.
- Develop quality strategies, objectives, operating plans, expense analyses, and performance reports aligned with global business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing, engineering, or related experience, with supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Strong engineering, people-leading, analytical, scientific, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with project and program management, including work with third parties and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of applicable computer systems, including Microsoft Office and function-specific software.
- Ability to advise clients and build strong, sustainable relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
Nice to have
- Certified Quality Engineer certification or affiliation with ASQ.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO, or related quality systems.
