Actuation Engineer Intern (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Torrance, California, United States. Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship is required.

Salary: $28.00–$35.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Contribute to the development of new products, components, and assemblies.
• Support conceptual, detail, and proposal design activities.
• Write technical reports and assist with part selection.
• Provide technical support to engineers as needed.
• Contribute input to project processes, strategies, and execution.
• Work as a multidisciplinary member of an independent engineering team.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an accredited university bachelor's or master's degree program in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0; the exact requirement may be specified by the department.
• Onsite work in Torrance, California, and relocation for the internship duration are required.
• Professional disposition, effective communication skills, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required for the position.
