Sr Identity Access Management - CyberArk Administration - Remote US

Location: Remote within the United States; requires shift work outside normal hours, 24x7x365 on-call support, and extended travel during catastrophic events.

Annual base salary: $100,000–$125,000.

What you will do

• Define and maintain IAM strategy, roadmaps, reference architecture, and Zero Trust principles.
• Administer CyberArk and govern privileged access, credential vaulting, session recording, password rotation, and just-in-time elevation.
• Manage identity lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, role mining, segregation of duties, access reviews, and deprovisioning.
• Govern federation, SSO, MFA, application onboarding, token lifecycles, and workforce, partner, service, and workload identities.
• Manage IAM controls across Azure, AWS, GCP, SaaS platforms, servers, network devices, and DevOps toolchains.
• Support audits, incidents, access-related issues, runbooks, remediation plans, and continuous IAM capability improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, or Okta.
• Experience implementing SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, PAM, JML processes, and HR system or directory integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP, Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows 11, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or Python for IAM automation, plus knowledge of Zero Trust, identity threat detection, and risk-based access controls.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and IAM audit evidence, including SOX, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator, SailPoint, CyberArk, or Okta certification.
