IAM Engineer (Identity and Access Management)

Location: Remote

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support and maintain IAM platforms, including Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO, MFA, and identity integrations using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Manage user provisioning, access controls, groups, identity lifecycle processes, and identity governance.
• Build, maintain, and optimize IAM automation workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Investigate IAM incidents, authentication problems, and configuration issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Maintain technical documentation and support testing, change management, and continuous improvement of IAM services.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IAM, IT support, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Active Directory, and/or Microsoft Entra ID, including provisioning, MFA, access management, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with SSO technologies such as SAML and OIDC.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and workflow automation or scripting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, execution-focused mindset.
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
