Associate Principal, Privileged Access Management (CyberArk)

Location: Work From Home, USA; remote or hybrid position. International travel may be required at less than 10%, and non-standard work hours may be needed for global support.

Salary: $122,000–$162,000 annually, plus potential discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Design, configure, install, integrate, and maintain CyberArk privileged access management solutions across enterprise environments.
• Manage privileged accounts for human, non-human, vendor, contractor, service, application, and cloud use cases.
• Advise business partners on privileged account management and represent the Enterprise Technology security platform.
• Partner with PAM Engineering to identify improvements and troubleshoot privileged access incidents.
• Lead major PAM environment changes, influence senior stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
• Develop executive materials including architectural diagrams, program roadmaps, and business cases while aligning the program with SOX, NYDFS, NIST, and SOC requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing privileged access and integrating with LDAP, Windows/UNIX, databases, network devices, and applications.
• Expert knowledge of Windows, Linux, and mainframe systems and account access management across these environments.
• 3+ years of experience scripting automation tasks.
• Experience with safes, vaults, session management, key managers, credential providers, platforms, and secrets management, including customer training.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience with CyberArk on-premise solutions including CCP, CP, Alero, Secrets Hub, PSM, and Conjur.
• CyberArk Sentry or Guardian certification.
• Knowledge of IAM, network architecture, and security concepts.
• Experience with Agile Scrum and DevSecOps.
• CISSP certification and 12+ years of IT or security experience.
