What you will do

• Advise and support an established customer base on data protection and GDPR requirements.
• Translate complex privacy topics into clear, pragmatic, customer-friendly recommendations.
• Drive adoption, engagement, and monthly active usage of the privacy platform.
• Use AI tools in privacy workflows and critically review AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with privacy, automation, and product stakeholders to improve scalable consulting workflows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in privacy consulting, customer advisory, audits, or handling privacy-related customer requests.
• Strong GDPR and data protection knowledge, ideally with a legal, business law, or comparable privacy-focused background.
• Ability to turn complex privacy requirements into structured business recommendations.
• Ownership, entrepreneurial thinking, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.
• Curiosity about AI tools and automation, with the judgment to review AI-generated privacy content critically.
• Native-level German and strong professional English required.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as TÜV Datenschutzbeauftragter, CIPP/E, or AIGP.
