Community Manager (Canada & International)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States; travel throughout Canada up to twice per month is required, with in-office weeks.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 annually, plus equity and annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and manage community strategy across Canada and international markets for more than 100 healthcare professional ambassadors.
• Support community segmentation and establish goals for each segment.
• Plan and execute product launches, 360 campaigns, events, ambassador gifting, sampling, engagement, casting, and user-generated content.
• Scout, recruit, and build long-term relationships with brand ambassadors across Canada, North America, and international markets.
• Implement processes for the hirify.global Awesome Humans Ambassador program and manage day-to-day community engagement.
• Report on influencer marketing campaigns using earned media value, impressions, and segment-level data to improve performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in social media, ambassador marketing, influencer marketing, and management.
• Experience reporting on international influencer marketing campaigns.
• Experience executing contracts internally and externally with a global perspective.
• Clear and effective communication via email, phone, and social media.
• Ability to represent a brand, communicate its values and value propositions, and build lasting relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work autonomously, solve problems creatively, and adapt to shifting priorities.
