Community Manager, Rap and RnB - RCA (R&B)

Location: United States, California, Los Angeles; the role is associated with a modern office environment.

Annual base salary: $75,000–$85,000 USD.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution for building, growing, engaging, and activating artist fan communities.
• Develop digital campaigns aligned with creative direction, timelines, and target audiences.
• Partner with artists and management teams on content ideation, mood boards, and talent-led content capture.
• Manage social and community platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Discord, and Twitch.
• Oversee content marketing, digital advertising, email and text messaging, influencer campaigns, seeding, and user-generated content.
• Coordinate agencies and independent contractors while maintaining creative standards and campaign output.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in entertainment or lifestyle digital marketing or community management.
• Deep knowledge of R&B and K-Pop genres and their surrounding cultures.
• Strong understanding of fan psychology, digital tribes, and platform-specific behavior.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance, fan sentiment, and audience health using data.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt tone when collaborating with peers, senior management, and artists.
• Expertise with social media and community platforms, plus familiarity with CRM, social analytics, and fan or creator management tools.
