What you will do

• Define brand voice and personality for GaaS titles such as Persona5: The Phantom X and Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage!
• Develop and oversee the social content roadmap and communication strategy across platforms including Meta, X, TikTok, Discord, and Reddit.
• Collaborate with hirify.global of America and Japan Studios to execute globally integrated community campaigns aligned with financial objectives.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with content creators and influencers to amplify audience growth and engagement.
• Analyze KPI metrics and community sentiment to provide meaningful reporting and drive optimization.
• Represent the brand as a product expert in livestreams and video productions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Irvine, CA (in-office attendance is an essential function of this position).
• 8+ years of experience in community management, social media marketing, or fan-focused PR.
• 3+ years of management experience leading teams of 2 or more and overseeing external vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of RPGs, anime-inspired games, and Japanese IPs.
• Exceptional copywriting, verbal communication, and storytelling skills.

• Japanese language proficiency.
• Experience working with Japanese or Asian corporations.
• Graphic design experience.
