Coordinator, Fan Engagement (Music)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; office-based role.

Annual base salary: $55,000 USD.

What you will do

• Manage daily operations across social media, websites, email, and SMS channels for designated artists.
• Execute digital and social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Snapchat, microsites, pre-save pages, and fan accounts.
• Create and publish copy and content to increase audience engagement and reach.
• Support fan acquisition, retention, and community-building initiatives for established and developing artists.
• Maintain editorial calendars with Marketing and Artist teams and coordinate cross-functional digital execution.
• Track and report campaign performance, using insights to improve future initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in digital or social media marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing social platforms and executing digital strategies.
• Strong organization, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Working knowledge of fan engagement tools and platforms including Discord, website strategy, email/CRM strategy, and SMS platforms.
• Understanding of fandoms, digital culture, and online community building.

Nice to have

• Experience at a record label, entertainment company, or social media agency.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, iMovie, Illustrator, or similar creative tools.
• Passion for R&B and Hip Hop.
