Maintenance Technician (f/m/d) (Manufacturing): Maintaining, installing, and commissioning industrial assets and facilities in Queretaro with an accent on preventive maintenance, process improvements, and equipment reliability. Focus on reducing downtime, improving productivity and quality, managing spare parts, and handling hazardous chemicals according to plant guidelines.

Location: Queretaro, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

Verify asset condition against maintenance programs and complete assigned maintenance tasks.
Install and commission assets and facilities.
Implement improvements to assets and processes through new technologies.
Support customer audits and meet applicable standards and requirements.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the spare parts warehouse and work areas using 5S and TPM.
Develop initiatives for energy savings, spare parts management, downtime reduction, productivity improvement, quality claim reduction, and process optimization.

Requirements

Technical or engineering education in electromechanics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of automation, electronics, electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and maintenance management.
Ability to handle hazardous chemicals and waste according to plant guidelines.
Professional and responsible approach to resolving machine problems with definitive solutions.
