Technitian - Maintenance

Location: Querétaro, Mexico — onsite at the Querétaro RPC Plant

What you will do

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues and implement solutions.
• Repair or replace faulty components to minimize downtime.
• Maintain work orders, maintenance records, and inventory usage documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments, respond to emergency requests, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety protocols and help develop maintenance procedures and schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics, with strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when needed.
