Location: Uxbridge, Massachusetts, United States; onsite at a hirify.global distribution center

Salary: $25.00–$36.25 hourly

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and conduct cycle counts and related inventory workloads.
• Review material movement exceptions and goods over-receipt reports, research discrepancies, and reconcile inventory and financial issues.
• Manage error queues including ZPOGI, Z272, Workflow, and ZINV; investigate problem tickets and correct transactions in Catalyst and SAP.
• Investigate service failures and customer complaints, create RGAs, and perform inventory adjustments for OSIs.
• Train and mentor facility team members on inventory procedures and provide direction or corrective guidance.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, accounts payable, product divisions, inventory management, item master data, customer service, and internal audit.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of inventory experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar facility.
• Previous experience with SAP and Catalyst, or equivalent enterprise and warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide direction, implement changes, adapt to changing business conditions, and maintain a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and move products, supplies, and boxes weighing 50 pounds or more.

Nice to have

• Associate degree.
• One to two years of lead experience.
