Communications Commodity Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working when possible

What you will do

• Lead the MFT/MDT, with possible delegation to the Buyer.
• Act as the company entry point for commodity management across assigned products and services.
• Establish, implement, and improve commodity strategies in line with procurement policy.
• Conduct market analysis and global sourcing, including offset activities.
• Manage sourcing processes such as CFTs and RFPs, as well as contract management.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance, lead value-creation projects, support product and service innovation, and manage supplier relationships and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in strategic category management, global sourcing, and complex contract negotiation.
• Advanced proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytical tools.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Entry-level experience profile within the Sourcing, Buying and Ordering family.
