Specialist, TMR

Location: Huntsville, United States; onsite role with availability for weekends, holidays, shutdowns, and domestic or international travel as needed

Salary: $84,581.12–$108,270.98 annual salary, plus a yearly discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Build positive team member relations and support people development, coaching, mentoring, teamwork, and inclusion.
• Investigate complaints, hotline calls, policy violations, safety violations, and other workplace concerns using standardized practices.
• Lead conflict resolution, counsel group leaders and team members, and recommend corrective actions when appropriate.
• Develop and maintain morale-sensing tools and monitor team member satisfaction and engagement across the plant.
• Develop and consistently implement policies for exempt and non-exempt job classifications.
• Partner with section management, HR leadership, Mazda and Toyota advisors, and international team members to support operations and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing culture and policy and procedure implementation.
• Strong trust, critical-thinking, influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work outside normal hours, including weekends, holidays, shutdowns, and required travel.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Two years of HR experience in team member relations or supplier support, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
