Location: Onsite in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States. Relocation is available; travel is not required.
Salary: $62,800–$90,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do
- Build consultative relationships with business leaders and coach operations managers on team performance and workforce matters.
- Participate in grievance processes and administer collective bargaining agreements, including interpreting contractual language.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, development, accountability, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Analyze employee-relations metrics and compile data from HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews, and other sources.
- Use HR technologies and data analytics to improve productivity, automate processes, and provide business insights.
- Advise management on employment and labor law and support consistent HR operations across the manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, including labor relations, employee relations, employment law, compensation and benefits, and training.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, decision-making, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
- Proficiency in Outlook 365, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Experience with an HRIS, Workday, Kronos, or UKG Dimensions.
- English and Spanish bilingual abilities.
