Senior Analyst, Contingent Workforce Operations

What you will do

• Support hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders with contingent workforce processes, inquiries, training, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, extensions, worker status changes, and access management activities.
• Maintain worker records, workforce trackers, documentation, and data quality across relevant systems.
• Support invoice processing, funding validation, financial tracking, discrepancy resolution, audits, and reconciliations.
• Maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, audit records, contracts, work orders, and statements of work.
• Develop operational reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics to identify trends, risks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in contingent workforce administration, procurement operations, HR operations, vendor management, finance operations, or related business operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with operational documentation, process workflows, audit records, program reporting, data quality, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to collaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, IT, suppliers, managed service partners, and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise technology platforms, vendor management systems, ticketing systems, reporting tools, access management tools, procurement systems, or contract management solutions.
