Maintenance-Millwright - 3rd Shift

Location: Kulpsville, Pennsylvania, United States; on-site, 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

What you will do

• Maintain, repair, overhaul, rebuild, assemble, modify, and troubleshoot industrial equipment, tools, instruments, buildings, utilities, and grounds.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and install instrumentation, controls, and related equipment.
• Evaluate performance, train, and assist maintenance mechanics, custodians, and maintenance helpers.
• Drive continuous improvement and provide maintenance recommendations to other departments.
• Record work details in computerized maintenance management software and update maintenance records and technical documents.
• Operate material-handling equipment and aerial man-lifts while following safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience performing industrial maintenance duties in a manufacturing environment.
• Passing score of at least 65% on the Ramsay Millwright Knowledge Test, Form A3, or an equivalent assessment.
• Proficiency with industrial machinery, utilities, hydraulics, power transmission, PLC controls and instrumentation, pneumatics, lubrication, and electricity up to 480VAC.
• Ability to independently interpret production drawings, P&ID drawings, electrical schematics, work instructions, technical documents, and measuring devices.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in temperature extremes, and to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Nice to have

• Above-average knowledge of rigging, welding and fabrication, engine repair, small power tool repair, masonry, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
