BPF Analyst (Accounting): Managing full-cycle accounting operations, financial close and reporting, tax compliance, asset accounting, reconciliations, audits, and USD-to-RMB treasury transactions with an accent on Chinese accounting standards, financial accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Focus on leading period-end closes, analyzing financial data and variances, coordinating audits, and maintaining strong controls across accounting and treasury processes.

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle accounting for revenue, costs, expenses, assets, liabilities, equity, and other business transactions.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures and prepare corporate financial statements and management reports.
- Calculate, declare, and pay VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and related surcharges; support tax audits, annual CIT reconciliation, and tax planning.
- Manage fixed and intangible assets, including master data, depreciation and amortization, physical counts, and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with Chinese Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises and relevant regulations.
- Control USD payments and conversion transactions into RMB while coordinating with banks and Corporate Treasury.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Professional accounting certification, such as a Mid-level Accountant Title.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
- English can be used as a working language; good communication and teamwork skills are required.
