Analyst - 2 Year (Private Equity)

What you will do

• Review primary private equity fund investment opportunities, with additional exposure to secondary and co-investment activities in the region.
• Build detailed financial models and perform valuation and performance due diligence.
• Monitor ongoing fund investments and analyze portfolio company performance.
• Maintain investment databases and allocation files.
• Prepare investor updates and analysis supporting LP relationships and fundraising activities.
• Support senior investment professionals in transaction execution and develop relationships with GPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline such as accounting or economics, with strong academic results.
• At least two years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a similar environment.
• Experience with transactions, valuation work, and due diligence assignments.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with familiarity with current AI technology.
• Strong research, analytical, communication, presentation, financial modeling, valuation, and accounting skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of a second Asian language.
