Plant Cost Analyst (Manufacturing Finance): Providing financial business partnering and plant cost analysis for manufacturing operations with an accent on standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, and productivity metrics. What you will do
- Provide financial business partnering support to the Plant Manager and local leadership.
- Analyze product costs, unit cost performance, productivity metrics, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead the annual budgeting process for plant costs, production capacity, and product profitability.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and support productivity improvement projects with plant functions.
- Maintain standard costing processes, material master data accuracy, and costing integrity.
- Coordinate monthly production cost variance forecasting, plant financial reporting, and KPI analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3β5 years of experience in Plant Controlling, Cost Accounting, FP&A, Manufacturing Finance, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing, product costing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, capacity planning, and productivity measurement.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken, for work in a global organization.
Nice to have
- Experience in multinational manufacturing companies and regional or global plant finance operations.
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, financial automation tools, Lean, or Six Sigma projects.
