Accountant

What you will do

• Manage bookkeeping, voucher and invoice entry, account reconciliations, and monthly closing.
• Reconcile revenue, costs, and expenses to ensure accurate accounting treatment.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
• Support statutory audits by maintaining financial records and providing documentation to auditors.
• Assist with tax filings across Hong Kong, Singapore, and China, including GST/VAT and corporate income tax compliance.
• Support accounts payable, billing, invoice processing, payments, vendor and client setup, employee expenses, and finance process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline from a recognised university, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in professional services or a multinational environment.
• Experience supporting statutory audits and tax filing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and effective interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Singapore GST and China VAT filing.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as NetSuite.
• Mandarin proficiency.
