Reliability Technician

Location: Onsite at Washington Works in Washington, WV; listed location is US - WV - Parkersburg

Pay range: $35.55–$55.55 in local currency; annual bonus target: 4%

What you will do

• Support data collection and analysis for fixed and rotating equipment.
• Complete equipment alignment checks and establish baselines for new project installations.
• Work with area mechanics on alignment and vibration troubleshooting.
• Identify underperforming equipment and collaborate with the Reliability team on solutions.
• Follow the site Work Management Process and review preventive maintenance plans.
• Recommend maintenance optimization opportunities and provide backup support to other Reliability technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GSD/equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a maintenance and manufacturing environment.
• Training in alignment checks and knowledge of rotating and fixed equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Immigration sponsorship, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, and TN visas, is not available for this position.
