Sourcing Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Nazareth, Belgium; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Support global category business plans, market and pricing analysis, procurement activities, and strategic category objectives.
• Assist with category strategies covering cost savings, risk assessment and mitigation, service levels, quality, pricing, intellectual property, inventory, and supplier terms.
• Manage strategic sourcing activities for assigned commodities and finished products across multiple locations and subsidiaries.
• Analyze spend data, supplier performance, market trends, cost drivers, and life-cycle costs to prioritize sourcing initiatives.
• Build cross-functional teams and develop sourcing solutions that reduce costs, improve quality, and strengthen competitiveness.
• Research markets, benchmark processes and technologies, and identify high-potential suppliers and supply-demand opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant progressive experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing tools and processes in a global, multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using Excel, ERP or procurement systems, and spend analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in English is required; willingness to travel up to 25% is expected.
