Manager, GBS - Distributor Logistics

What you will do

• Lead the distributor logistics team for a growing region.
• Coordinate business units, distributors, production planners, control tower, and demand planning teams to fulfill customer orders.
• Manage the full order-to-cash process, including B2B order placement, compliance, distributor claims, and customer experience.
• Translate demand signals and orders into B2B and SAP systems to provide visibility into orders, volumes, values, stock availability, and production plans.
• Ensure product availability at the right location and time while supporting service targets such as CFR and OTIF.
• Lead SOD reviews, customer claims management, NPD/RIRO management, and CS/CL meetings while driving process improvements.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of order management and logistics operations.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
• Experience with data analysis using Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of QA and logistics processes.
• Leadership, team coordination, stakeholder management, and effective cross-functional communication.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, time management, customer focus, and bias toward action.
