What you will do

• Lead the Boulder site's Operational Excellence strategy and deploy the enterprise OpEx framework.
• Manage global, site, and functional continuous improvement and transformation initiatives from identification through sustained implementation.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Hoshin Kanri, and business process management to improve customer value, productivity, quality, delivery, and financial performance.
• Build organizational capability by coaching, mentoring, training, and developing OpEx practitioners and Lean leaders.
• Partner with business and functional leaders on performance metrics, dashboards, risk management, problem solving, and data-based decision-making.
• Support the integration of digital, automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions while leading culture transformation and process standardization.

Requirements

• Fifteen or more years of progressive leadership experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Transformation, Manufacturing Excellence, or related disciplines.
• Lean Sensei, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Master Black Belt certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Operations, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide, multi-site, and global Lean and Six Sigma transformations in matrixed organizations.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kanban, Mistake-Proofing, BPM, Strategy Deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading change initiatives in GMP-regulated and highly regulated environments required.
