PC&IS/Automation Engineer (F/M/X) (Industrial Automation)

What you will do

• Lead automation and electrical engineering projects covering power distribution, control systems, robotics, servo systems, HMIs, industrial networks, and cybersecurity.
• Design, integrate, install, and commission manufacturing equipment and automation solutions.
• Improve the performance, reliability, safety, productivity, and operational efficiency of plant electrical and automation systems.
• Provide technical leadership, coach junior engineers, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and technical teams.
• Work with equipment suppliers, engineering firms, and global P&G teams from design through start-up.
• Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation and Controls, Robotics, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 0–5 years of experience in automation, electrical engineering, or industrial controls projects.
• Strong interest in industrial automation, smart manufacturing, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with, or willingness to develop expertise in, power systems, industrial networks, machine control, instrumentation, robotics, vision systems, and industrial cybersecurity.
• Analytical problem-solving ability, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Curiosity, ownership, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of regulated industries such as food, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals, including GMP principles.
