Technician, PS EMEA

Location: Based at the Méry-sur-Oise service center, with frequent travel to customer sites across departments 60, 27, 95, 78, 93, and 92.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed generator equipment.
• Install, adjust, test, start up, and commission equipment and systems.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical refurbishment work.
• Advise customers on product operation and maintenance while serving as their primary technical contact.
• Contribute to automation and control-system development.
• Provide troubleshooting and emergency support through an on-call rotation averaging one week every six weeks, and report interventions to service, sales, and technical-support teams.

Requirements

• Qualification or training in electrical engineering or electrotechnics.
• Previous experience in a similar electrical-engineering or mechanical-maintenance role.
• Strong customer-service orientation and comfort building customer relationships.
• Comfort using IT tools and software.
• Ability to travel frequently to customer sites in the assigned French departments.
