Cyber Security Manager

Location: Michigan, Auburn Hills, United States. The role requires domestic and international travel as necessary.

What you will do

• Manage PS&S engineering and cybersecurity activities for assigned programs.
• Identify, plan, and schedule cybersecurity tasks for existing and new programs.
• Define and document strategies for executing planned cybersecurity activities.
• Define and track PS&S-related KPIs and program progress.
• Identify and manage program stakeholders, communicate requirements, and delegate activities to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
• Understanding of Tier 1 and OEM PS&S-relevant processes and standards.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Authorization to work in the United States is verified through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks including ISO 21434 and ISO 27001.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
