Global Material Planner, Senior (Biopharma)

What you will do

• Lead global material planning and execution to ensure accurate, compliant materials are available at manufacturing sites when needed.
• Drive 98% batch readiness within the frozen time fence and 98% stockroom material readiness.
• Manage purchase requisitions and ensure vendor forecasts remain accurate.
• Manage demand alterations and maintain MRP parameters, including lead times, ABC classifications, and minimum/maximum levels.
• Identify supply risks proactively and develop contingency plans.
• Coordinate an effective workflow between planners, buyers, and internal customers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant planning experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with SAP.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize urgent tasks, collaborate effectively, and work in a team environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
