Med Tech (Full-Time)

Location: 1133 Black Rock Rd, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, USA; onsite, full-time, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. shift.

Salary: USD 22.00–23.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications according to care plans and physician orders under RN/LPN supervision.
• Provide resident care and maintain residents’ comfort, privacy, and dignity.
• Maintain accurate medical records and written documentation in line with regulatory, certification, legal, and ethical standards.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical condition, cognition, and emotional status to the supervisor.
• Complete required annual medication training and periodic competency testing.

Requirements

• Successful completion of Medication Technician training and periodic competency testing.
• Ability to administer medications in accordance with state regulations.
• At least six months of experience working with seniors in personal care, home health, hospital, or long-term care settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of HIPAA policies.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
