Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Full-time on-site presence in Petfürdő, Hungary

hirify.global's Performance Products division operates an industry-leading chemical manufacturing organization focused on safety, ethics and operational performance.

What you will do

• Lead multiple site-based capital and improvement projects from planning through execution, commissioning and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, cost estimates and business cases, while supporting annual CAPEX planning and budget monitoring.
• Manage project governance, gate reviews, approval workflows and documentation in the Veritas system.
• Coordinate Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Procurement, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Manage contractor selection, contract preparation, construction supervision, permitting, compliance and multidisciplinary field activities.
• Monitor risks, delays, quality, safety, financial targets, warranty obligations and corrective actions, reporting progress to site leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in chemical, petrochemical, refinery, hazardous materials, manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Engineering degree or equivalent engineering background.
• Strong project planning, coordination, stakeholder management and contractor management skills, including experience with Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and high-risk operating environments; experience with Process Safety Management and Management of Change is preferred.
• Very good English communication skills and willingness to work fully on-site in Petfürdő, Hungary.

• Experience with Process Safety Management and Management of Change processes.
• SAP knowledge.
