Global Study Manager (Clinical Trials)

What you will do

• Plan and manage global clinical trials across timelines, vendor budgets, quality standards, and study deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures.
• Build and manage relationships with global stakeholders and support study-level operations.
• Set up vendors, lead performance and KPI calls, and manage vendor budgets.
• Ensure trials comply with local, national, and international regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Make critical decisions on trial design, vendor selection, risk management, and operational problem-solving.

Requirements

• University degree in medicine, science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical research within a pharmaceutical company or CRO.
• Demonstrated vendor management experience, including vendor setup and performance management calls.
• Global cross-functional experience and the ability to present study information.
• Ability to drive clinical deliverables while managing competing priorities and developing the team.
