Enterprise Infrastructure Manager, Senior

Location: CO - Lakewood (80215), with placement in a hirify.global Technology Hub in Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Birmingham, Denver, Dallas, or Phoenix. Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval; occasional in-office participation may be required.

Base salary: $135,520–$251,680 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead multiple teams or departments delivering enterprise infrastructure products and services.
• Define infrastructure planning, development strategies, service lifecycles, and future capacity needs.
• Oversee portfolio, program, project, financial, and risk management activities.
• Maintain stable and secure environments through incident management, patching, product health, and asset lifecycle management.
• Modernize traditional data center operations into automated, software-defined infrastructure platforms across compute, storage, network, cloud, and data center services.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate management teams and key technical staff while coordinating with vendors and executives.

Requirements

• Deep experience with data center core infrastructure operations, including facilities, compute, storage, and network.
• Proven transformation leadership in data center modernization and capacity management.
• Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience and at least 5 years of management experience.
• Leadership experience with moderate to large organizational scope.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, automation, and platform engineering.
• Cloud, hybrid infrastructure, modern application hosting, and container experience.
• Knowledge of information security, IT architecture, network administration, software testing, and system administration.
